2018 Hummingbird

Lots of difference of opinion on this guitar.  I like it--but personally I would prefer the tobacco burst.  There was a J-45 in Halifax in 1964 this colour of red for $220.  If I could travel back I would get it!!

2015 000-28EC

My friend has the OM-28, which I have had the privilege of playing.  This, at just under $2800 U.S.is an item of interest.

Peggy White 12 String Soprano Guitar

I met Lucas Haneman at the Ottawa Guitar Show about four years ago.  I got to play his awesome Pat Hawley 8-string guitar.  I asked Lucas, "Where do I start?"  He said, "Well, the six inside strings are just like a regular guitar--so just start with an E chord."  So simple.  I was off to the races.  Maybe with twenty years of practice I might be able to play something on it!!  So happy to see Lucas with one of Peggy's guitars.  This could very well be the only Peggy White Soprano 12-string in existence!!

Don Williams

Don Williams has left us today at age 78 after a brief illness.  Thanks for the tunes Good Sir.  Rest In Peace.

Martin OM-45 Deluxe Authentic 1930 Acoustic Guitar

Eleven of these were made in 1930--and only eleven produced now.  So even if you have an extra 100K--chances are slim of getting one.  But it sure is sweet!
