@aircanada put a fork lift through his guitar, then offered to "replace the case".

People and companies need to realize that musicians instruments are much more then just tools of a trade. They are extensions of our bodies and family member.

Please share this embarrassment/carelessness so that Remi gets compensated and so @aircanada changes policies so we can safely travel with our special pieces and continue to share the gift of music with people all around the world.
